Refund and Returns Policy

Please note that no exchanges or refunds will be given for all products purchased from Robin Rowe ‘s Natural Healing Clinic.  Please also note that depending on the seasonal changes the oil can differ in colour.

Customer Service Policy

Should demand exceed our stock levels you will be notified within 24 hours (via email and or phone) of your purchase of the expected delay and the time it will take to deliver the ordered products.  You will be notified of any other unforeseen delays in delivery as soon as we become aware of them.

Shipping Policy

All parcels are sent via Australian Post.  A flat fee applies and is not included in the purchase price of the goods irrespective of the delivery address.

Delivery Policy

For international orders, Shipping can take up to 5 -14 days.
For Australia National Orders, Shipping can take up to 5-10 days.
